At Kevin Imes, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your polo shirt, we are here to help. This Refund & Return Policy outlines your rights and responsibilities when making a return or requesting a refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a return within XYZ days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged upon arrival).

  • Gift cards and promotional items.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Visa, or Apple Pay) within XYZ business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you would like a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We are using a trackable shipping service via USPS or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within XYZ days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

7. State & Sales Tax

Refunds will include the product price and any applicable sales or state taxes charged at checkout.
