Return & Refund FAQ
How many days do I have to request a return?
You can request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
Who pays for the return shipping?
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we cover the return shipping fees.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 14 business days and issued back to your original payment method.
Can I exchange my item for another size or color?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you need.
