1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a return within XYZ days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged upon arrival).

  • Gift cards and promotional items.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Visa, or Apple Pay) within XYZ business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you would like a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We are using a trackable shipping service via USPS or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within XYZ days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

7. State & Sales Tax

Refunds will include the product price and any applicable sales or state taxes charged at checkout.

How many days do I have to request a return?

You can request a return within XYZ days from the date your order is delivered. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

2. Who pays for the return shipping?

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we cover the return shipping fees.

3. How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within XYZ business days and issued back to your original payment method.

4. Can I exchange my item for another size or color?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you need.
